The story

The Challenge

Cope’s website had fallen behind the organization. It was outdated. Critically for a family resource center serving a large Spanish-speaking community, it couldn’t offer families a complete experience in their own language. Cope also needed the site to work harder behind the scenes: connecting web inquiries directly to their Salesforce CRM and their Mailchimp lists, so no family reaching out for help slipped through the cracks.

Our Approach

We designed and built a new WordPress site with bilingualism as a structural requirement, not an add-on: every one of the site’s 16 core pages exists fully in both English and Spanish. Family stories and testimonials moved to the center of the experience, supported by a team bios section and a sponsor and partner listing that recognizes the community behind the mission. On the technical side, we embedded Givebutter donation forms, wired Gravity Forms into Salesforce as a web-to-lead pipeline and into Mailchimp for list growth, and migrated 100 blog posts so years of content came along to the new home.

Why It Worked

For a family resource center, the website is the front door. Treating Spanish not as a translation task but as half the site — and connecting every form to the systems Cope’s team actually works in — turned an outdated brochure into working infrastructure for the mission.
