General Conditions

  • Email support only – Phone support available with Premium plan
  • Web page updates exclude, but are not limited to, database design, database changes, and search engine optimization
  • Any work that exceeds the hourly limit included in your plan will be billed on an hourly basis of $100 per hour.
  • Ongoing support time is strictly month to month
  • Elevation is not responsible for changes made to Client’s web site(s) by other parties
  • Elevation is not responsible for third-party plugins that may become unusable as a result of Content Maintenance performed
  • Elevation will not repair Client’s website(s) that became compromised, hacked, or otherwise defaced or infected prior to ordering an Ongoing Support plan
  • Recovery or repair of Client’s website is not guaranteed
  • Availability of backups is not guaranteed
  • Additional services not listed herein will be provided for a fee of $100.00 per hour.
  • Cancellation Fee: No refunds upon cancellation of subscription. All cancellations during the first twelve (12) months of the subscription will be subject to a cancellation fee of twelve (12) months of monthly fees less the number of months already paid
