GENERAL CONDITIONS
The total number of hours can be utilized for working on the listed elements, but the design capacity is the upper limit.
Work exceeding a plan's hourly allotment will be billed at $200 per hour.
Unused labor hours expire at the end of the month unless otherwise agreed.
Additional services not listed herein will be provided for a fee of $200 per hour.
Elevation is not responsible for changes made to client’s deliverable(s) by other parties.
Cancellation Fee: No refunds upon cancellation of subscription. All cancellations during the first twelve (12) months of the subscription will be subject to a cancellation fee of twelve (12) months of monthly fees less the number of months already paid.
Design requests are typically completed within 5-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and current workload.
Clients will own the rights to all final design files delivered. However, Elevation retains the right to use designs in its portfolio.

You can request any of the services listed under your chosen plan. This includes stationery design, logo customizations, annual reports, banners, image processing, social media kits, social media posts, flyers, brochures, newsletter templates, infographics, and icons & illustrations.
Design requests can be submitted via email. Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your request and provide an estimated completion time.
If you require more hours than your plan provides, additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $200 per hour.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise agreed. It’s best to plan your design needs to fully utilize your monthly design capacity.
If you choose to cancel your subscription within the first twelve months, a cancellation fee equivalent to twelve months of subscription fees, less the number of months already paid, will apply. No refunds are provided upon cancellation.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Consider the volume and complexity of your design needs. The Essential Plan is best for smaller projects, the Advanced Plan suits medium-scale design needs, and the Elite Plan is ideal for extensive and high-impact design work.
