Work that exceeds a plan’s hourly allotment will be billed on an hourly basis of $150 per hour.
Unused labor hours expire at the end of the month unless otherwise agreed.
Some types of labor are excluded, including database design, database changes, search engine optimization, content creation, and copywriting.
Additional services not listed herein will be provided for a fee of $150 per hour.
Elevation is not responsible for changes made to client’s website(s) by other parties.
Elevation is not responsible for third-party plugins that may become unusable as a result of performing content maintenance.
Elevation will not repair client’s website(s) that became compromised, hacked, or otherwise defaced or infected prior to subscribing to a plan.
Recovery, repair, and availability of backups for client’s website cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Fee: No refunds upon cancellation of subscription. All cancellations during the first twelve (12) months of the subscription will be subject to a cancellation fee of twelve (12) months of monthly fees less the number of months already paid.
