Why you need to invest in social media

On average, Americans spend 147 minutes per day on social media. And unlike TV, radio and newspapers, social networking apps offer experiences tailored specifically for the tastes and interests of each individual. This provides nonprofits with unprecedented tools to build communities of people who share common goals.

Whether you’re trying to reach the people you serve, find new volunteers or potential donors, with paid social media campaigns you can create audiences based on variables like interests, location, demographics, behavior or connections.

Organic social media is the place where movements, old and new, grow larger. Before social media, grassroots organizations had to go door to door, and it was exceedingly difficult to extend your community beyond your local borders. With social media, what started on a local café or your neighbor’s backyard can scale to state, national and even international levels.

Our approach to Social Media for Nonprofits

We start by conducting extensive research about your sector, as well as an in-depth competitive analysis. We use the results to craft a strategy specifically designed to grow your organic presence in social media, or to build ad campaigns that both reach and resonate with your audience. We have years of experience working exclusively with nonprofits and we’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs, wants and goals.

Our initial phase involves research and planning to ensure that you are set up for success through in-depth audience and competitive analysis.

Nonprofit Strategy

We adjust your social media content as well as as the audience targeting of your ads to maximize their impact.

Nonprofit Digital

We review and tweak your social media strategy over time to ensure the best possible results, and conduct monthly reports to help you track your social media performance.

“An easy and smooth process with excellent client communication ensuring all parties stayed on task. The planning, preparation and research for each phase was incredibly organized and efficient resulting in a superior end product.”
